What can I have embroidered?
Short notes, signatures, children's handwriting, simple drawings and meaningful excerpts from longer letters all work beautifully.
How do I send my handwriting?
After placing your order, simply reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo or scan of your handwriting or artwork attached.
What makes a good photo?
Natural lighting, a straight-on angle and a clear, high-resolution image usually produce the best results.
Will my keepsake look exactly like the original?
Every keepsake is carefully digitised by hand before embroidery. While every effort is made to preserve the character of the original handwriting, embroidery is an interpretation of the original rather than an exact photocopy.
Is my keepsake framed?
No. Your keepsake arrives unframed on a 5 × 7 inch piece of natural cotton canvas, ready to fit into a standard 5 × 7 inch frame.
Can I use a longer letter?
Yes. I recommend choosing a favourite sentence or small section, as shorter pieces often create the most beautiful keepsakes.
How long will my order take?
At the moment, the lead time before your order is shipped is 10 business days.
