At With Love, Always Co., every keepsake is lovingly created to order. Because each piece is personalised using the handwriting or artwork you provide, please allow time for your keepsake to be carefully prepared before it is shipped.

I truly appreciate your patience while I create something meaningful just for you.

 

Processing times

Once I've received your handwriting or artwork, your keepsake will typically be created and dispatched within 5–10 business days.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, I'll be in touch as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your keepsake's journey.

 

International Shipping

I warmly welcome orders from around the world.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been lodged with the postal service.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I'll do my best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, I am unable to make changes to the delivery address.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside my control.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact me and I'll gladly help you work with the shipping provider to locate your order.
